What are the components of the architectural mesh curtain wall?
Its substructure, collarbone hardware, flat tension profile, pressure spring, intermediate pipe, wire mesh plate and so on are the most critical parts.
• The substructure serves as the foundation of the facade and is directly connected to the building.
• Lock head hardware is placed with top and bottom flat tension profiles. The purpose is to attach the grid plate to the substructural frame.
• Flat tension profiles are fixtures placed on the top and bottom of each grid panel. These clamps allow mesh and clavicle hardware to be connected easily.
Pressure springs are located at the bottom or top of the foundation structure, providing a safe means of tensioning the grid.
• Intermediate tubes are designed to provide additional support throughout the facade. The special position of the intermediate tubes allows them to prevent the panel from moving.
